What Does Not Belong? v. 2.0, v. 2.1, and PRO Help Page
If you need help, please read FAQ below:
1) HELP! I think I have to PAY TWICE!
If you've downloaded the upgraded 2.0 or 2.1 version, you WILL NOT HAVE TO PAY TWICE. Just click through the in-app purchase prompts. Apple will recognize you've already paid and will not charge you again.
2) HELP! My levels are all locked up again!
Yes! They are! That's okay though. As you play, you'll have the fun of unlocking them again.
3) HELP! I can't move the pictures to the trash can!
We know it can be a little tricky at first, but we're confident you will get the hang of it. Make sure when you drag the picture to the trash can that the lid is open and that your finger is DIRECTLY on the trash can when you release the picture. Keep playing around. You'll get the new feel of it in no time.
4) HELP! Should I get the regular version or the PRO version?
Get the regular version unless you are a school wanting to purchase the app through the Volume Purchase Program (VPP). The Pro version has all the levels automatically unlocked. In the regular version, you play 10 questions for free and then pay. In the Pro version, you just pay up front. DO NOT buy both versions! They are otherwise Identical.
5) HELP! The game just shuts off! Make sure you have downloaded the latest version of Apple's IOS software. If you plug your device into your computer, itunes should automatically ask you if you want to download the latest version.
6) HELP! I can't make the In-App purchase! I'm locked up!.Check your settings and make sure your parental controls/restrictions are off! After you've made the purchase, you can turn your restrictions back on.
7) HELP! I can't figure out the answer to one of the questions!
